Don Papa Baroko eau-de-vie comes from the island of Negros, in the Philippines, and is made from molasses, known locally as "black gold", extracted from the island's mills. After distillation, this eau-de-vie is patiently aged in American oak barrels for several years. Our Master Blender meticulously selects the most expressive casks, seeking out those that offer intense notes of vanilla and fruit. A subtle touch of local sugar cane is added for a gourmet note. Cold filtration then precedes bottling at 40°.
