Bellevoye Bleu is a French whisky that draws its richness from a blend of three unpeated malts from three distinct regions: Nord-Pas-de-Calais, Alsace and Charente. This whisky is aged for between three and eight years in oak barrels, specifically selected for each of the three distilleries, before undergoing nine to twelve months' maturation in new French oak barrels. Final aging takes place in the Bellevoye winery in the Charente region of France.

On the nose, this whisky reveals floral and spicy notes.
Taste
On the palate, it reveals a subtle blend of yellow fruit, cooked apple and woody flavors. Its balance of elegance, roundness and aromatic complexity is remarkable.
