Themis (named after the Greek mythological goddess, daughter of gaïa - earth - and ouranos - sky) expresses the imprint of soil and climate on wines. The aim here is to find the best expression of the rosé wines of the Côtes de Provence - Fréjus appellation, on the volcanic soils of the Esterel region, enabling the production of rosé wines for ageing. tibouren gives full expression to its delicacy and spicy character, while mourvèdre combines structure and powerful fruit. Barrel vinification brings out the smoky, mineral temperament of the terroir, while the glass stopper preserves the purity of the fruit over time.
