In a few words ...
Occursus, in Latin, means meeting. A meeting of highly expressive grape varieties such as Syrah and Grenache with varieties introduced to our best plots over twenty years ago. The harvest is selected exclusively by hand to preserve all the grapes' qualities, followed by long maceration and ageing in oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months. The result is a great red wine with a refined structure.

Appearance
The wine has an intense ruby color with violet and mauve nuances.
Aroma
The first nose reveals cherry and black fruit aromas. Then, smoky notes mingle harmoniously with roasted aromas, underlined by vanilla notes.
