Here, in the Graves region, Dominique Haverlan has rebuilt an entire estate and replanted over 25 hectares of vines with his own hands. The story is a beautiful one, even if the project was Pharaonic. The result, vintage after vintage, is magnificent.
True to the appellation, this is a fine gastronomic wine with a certain body and delicate smoky notes.
