Color: bright, pale raspberry-pink Odor: fragrant bouquet with notes of fresh red summer berries, especially red currants Taste: dry on the palate, straight, silky and finely fruity, with elegant freshness and a hint of pink pepper on the finish In the cellar, after brief contact with the skin, the musts are fermented fairly freshly and therefore slowly over 15 to 20 days in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of around 14°c.
