100% MALBEC A wine made from the Malbec grape, which gives it its powerful, blood-red color. Meticulous vinification using natural methods and indigenous yeasts reveals the generosity of this noble grape variety. Fermentation takes place in 225L barrels using the 'Vinification Intégrale' method. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. After blending, the wine is neither fined nor filtered before bottling, to preserve its complexity.
