Produced by Jean-François and Jacky (son and father) and Patricia (daughter), for all aspects of the wine (bottle, label, marketing and sales). Vinification: After de-stemming and crushing, the grapes are left to macerate. After numerous punchings of the cap, the wine is aged for 18 to 24 months in oak barrels, then rested for 8 months in vats, before continuing its aging in bottles to offer you a vintage that is ready to drink when released.
