Pale gold in color, this wine reveals white fruit and citrus aromas with hints of vanilla, honey and floral notes. Supple, suave and rich, the palate reveals stewed, honeyed aromas, followed by freshness and minerality. Ideal with shellfish, fish and a good plate of mature cheeses.

On the nose, notes of honey and beeswax combine wonderfully with those of white fruits, peach, pear, citrus fruits such as bergamot, or infusion flowers, chamomile, lime blossom, and vanilla on aeration.
