The winemaker
Situated between the mountains and the sea, the terroir is made up of a stony-clay substratum on quaternary terraces, generously exposed to the sun. The estate produces its wines in six typical appellations, using sustainable growing methods. The 21 cuvées produced by the estate offer a range of unique flavors, typical and perfectly indicative of the terroir. From dry whites and deep, fruity reds with good ageing potential, to complex, pleasurable rosés and distinctive vins doux naturels, Roussilon is the expression of a centuries-old tradition.
