In a few words ...
Sourced almost entirely from Tyrrel's HVD vineyard, from a selection of their favorite parcels, the grapes are hand-picked and the wine spends, after fermentation, a few months on fine lees to gain complexity. This Sémillon is the little brother of cuvée Vat 1 and, on the superb 2019 vintage, will be a pleasure to taste.
