Formerly named "La Pièce", this cuvée is probably the most ambitious and complex in the range. Built to last, the wine already displays an affable face that invites the pleasures of fine dining with its aristocratic dimension. One of the finest cuvées in the Southwest. Hand-harvested, aged in egg-shaped vats for 22 months, unfined and unfiltered.
