Fabien jouves - you fuck my wine 2019fabien jouves comes from an old farming family in the causse region. He became a winemaker in 2006, creating Mas del Prieacute on the highest slopes of Cahors. Here, malbec (also known as cot) is the grape of choice. Given the estate's location at the junction of the Coteaux du Quercy and Cahors terroirs, parcel-by-parcel selection was an obvious way for Fabien to express the many facets of Malbec. This expression of terroir is reinforced by biodynamic agriculture, certified since 2011, which respects life, the plant, man and the environment. The grapes are vinified in the cellar naturally, without any organic inputs, and the wine is matured in vats, barrels or casks, according to its personality..you fuck my wine ! Is a thirst-quenching wine made from a blend of several clay-limestone plots of Juran Noir, Malbec, Merlot and Valdiguie, with an average vine age of 50 years. The vines are organically grown, harvested by hand and vinified naturally in whole bunches. Vatting lasts 7 days, followed by alcoholic fermentation in vats and barrels. Ageing lasts 6 months, also in béton vats and barrels.cépages : jurançon noir, malbec, merlot and valdiguie
