In a few words ...
Located in the area known as "Les Champauvins", close to Domaine Grand Veneur. The soils are clay-sand and limestone. They enable the white grape varieties to ripen slowly, thus preserving their excellent aromatic finesse. Hand-harvested, de-stemmed and crushed. Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats (12°C). Early bottling 4 months after harvest.

Bright, limpid pale yellow.
Aroma
Intense, delicate nose of floral aromas and white-fleshed fruit.

Taste
Fresh, mineral and airy on the palate. White peach and pear aromas are the most expressive. The fruity characters are long-lasting and evolve on notes of apricot.

The appellation Côtes-du-Rhône is part of the region of Vallée du Rhône from France which include Alain Jaume and its 19 cuvées. Spread over The Rhone Valley and its rich, complex terroirs. The region is divided into two distinct subregions: Northern Rhone (known as Rhône Septentrional) and Southern Rhone (Rhône Méridional). In the former we find strong wines in beautiful colours with warm, spicy notes, produced by vineyards that stretch 4,700 ha along the Rhone. The latter, with an area of 71,000 ha, is much more important, and this is evident of course in its annual production of red, rosé and white wines quite unlike those of the Northern Rhone., this region is 3 million hectolitres per year of red wines, rosés, dry and sparkling white wines, and natural sweet wine..
