Jean-claude boisset settles in nuits-saint-georges in a former ursuline convent. These nuns, driven out by the French Revolution, left an extra soul in this solid Burgundy stone building. In this large walled garden, surrounded by rows of apple trees and pruned yew, boxwood and fruit trees, you can almost hear their murmur in the silence. In the labyrinthine cellars, in the Mother Superior's house with its panoramic view of the coast, next to the Premier Crus, you can feel the peace and serenity. This place, full of prayer and gentleness, where, as is often the case here, the presence of mystery is never far away, is home to Maison Jean-Claude Boisset.
