The winemaker

As a Cognac producer, the aim was to rejuvenate and revitalize the image of this spirit. The first product, Ifrit VSOP, was created with originality in mind: unlike a traditional Cognac, Ifrit has had additional aging in rum casks, giving it a unique, gourmand aromatic complexity, as well as a more accessible sweetness for a 40% vol. spirit. The range is completed by traditional Cognacs named after the family estate: "Domaine Ravard". The design of these products blends tradition and originality. André Ravard was an ancestor who distinguished himself during the Napoleonic Wars. He left a correspondence of over 200 letters.
