The winemaker

Located in Sainte-Maxime, in the heart of the Massif des Maures, Domaine Vallon Secret extends over 122 hectares of unspoilt nature. Here, biodiversity and regenerative agriculture combine to give life to an exemplary agricultural and environmental project. We've chosen to make the most of a Mediterranean fruit that's as good as it is virtuous: the arbouse, from which we've created an artisanal estate beer. Rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, this wild fruit embodies the resilience of ecosystems, capable of regenerating naturally after fires. Our approach is based on three pillars: - No chemical inputs, no irrigation: orchards evolve in total autonomy. - Hand harvesting: respecting natural cycles and fruit maturity. - High standards and quality: rigorous selection to guarantee authentic, concentrated flavors. Beyond cultivation, Domaine Vallon Secret is a model of sustainable management: fighting fires, preserving water, rehabilitating hillsides and passing on agricultural know-how. A committed approach, rooted in the South of France, and designed to inspire other Mediterranean regions.
