This cuvée is characterized by a remarkably silky, lacy structure. The attack is generous, very centered in its mineral power, but fresh and Burgundian, with nothing to suggest that the juice is around 15%Vol. A beautiful red color with red reflections, the 2013 positions itself around a very melted licorice of slightly overripe but very fresh red fruit, as well as a very feminine harmony. The finish is long and impressively fluid. A Châteauneuf du Pape made from the finest, most complex parcels, gourmand, precise, balanced and racy.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape
The appellation Châteauneuf-du-Pape is part of the region of Vallée du Rhône from France which include La ferme du Mont and its 19 cuvées. Spread over The Rhone Valley and its rich, complex terroirs. The region is divided into two distinct subregions: Northern Rhone (known as Rhône Septentrional) and Southern Rhone (Rhône Méridional). In the former we find strong wines in beautiful colours with warm, spicy notes, produced by vineyards that stretch 4,700 ha along the Rhone. The latter, with an area of 71,000 ha, is much more important, and this is evident of course in its annual production of red, rosé and white wines quite unlike those of the Northern Rhone., this region is 3 million hectolitres per year of red wines, rosés, dry and sparkling white wines, and natural sweet wine..
