Cardinal Richard is the name given by Sauvion to its prestige cuvée, in honor of the man who regularly came to rest at Château du Cléray in the last century, who was none other than archbishop of Paris and papal legate, and who actively contributed to the construction of the Sacré Coeur in Montmartre. The Cardinal Richard selection only takes place when the vintage permits.
