Fantastic sparkling wine. After 1-2 minutes of breathing, when yeast hints disappear, it welcomes peach, apricot, and apple. Next, honey and apple peel. At the end, the hard apple peel dominates, with fresh, sweet acidity. In taste, really dry but with a false sweet, again, hard apple peel and honey.
