In a few words ...
Vines aged from 8 to 30 years for Syrah and Grenache, 40 years for Carignan. Hand and mechanical harvest at perfect maturity. Each grape variety is vinified separately, using traditional methods, de-stemmed, with long vatting periods. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. This Wine is the result of the Love, Patience and Rigor of the Winemaker, who respects his Earth thanks to a natural method of cultivating the vines using medicinal plants and essential oils.
