YIELD 48 hl per hectare VINE GROWING Vineyard management is extremely rigorous. Everything is done by hand. Preserving nature and respecting the terroir are our priorities. HARVESTING Hand-picked in small crates at the beginning of October. VINIFICATION De-stemming followed by 12 hours of pellicular maceration. Pneumatic pressing with juice selection. AGEING Fermentation then aged in stainless steel tanks for 5 months on total lees.

The nose expresses a magnificent, fine and intense bouquet, with notes of citrus, exotic fruit and surprising scents of white pepper, cinnamon and fennel.
