Château Cantelauze produces Pomerol wines that respect the typicity of the terroir. They benefit from traditional viticulture, and the concentration of fruit achieved by low yields. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, and the winemaking process is the focus of the Boidron family's attention, with a long maceration phase lasting 30 days and 18 months of ageing in 100% new barrels. After bottling, the wine rests in an underground cellar dug into the limestone.
