"In this cuvée, I wanted to express the richness of our old Bourboulenc and Grenache 60 years old. I also selected an exuberant Marsanne and a Roussanne Roussanne to create this fragrant, long and complex wine, long and complex. A cuvée I'm very proud of." Eric Fabre Harvest: Parcel harvest spread over two months, according to grape maturity. Grapes harvested and sorted by hand.
