The Château de Fontenille vineyard in the entre-deux-mers appellation, covers 56 ha, divided as follows: 20 ha for white and 36 ha for red. The terroir benefits from a particular exposure, i.e. bordered on one side by the Garonne and on the other by the Gironde, thus protecting it from any viticultural disease. The estate has been awarded the hve (high environmental value) label, demonstrating the high quality of its wines. This entre-deux-mers is composed of 40% sauvignon blanc, 20% sauvignon gris, 20% sémillon and 20% muscadelle.it is aged entirely on fine lees.

the wine:

its color is a clear, golden yellow. On the nose, citrus and white peach aromas predominate. On the palate, the attack is lively, full-bodied and presents a very fine balance endowed with a very nice fatness. The finish is characterized by peppery flavors and good length. This wine is light and intense thanks to the dominance of Sauvignon.

aging and food pairing:

This cuvée is intended to be consumed in its youth, but can be kept for the next 2 years. Serve with seafood platters, salmon or even sushi it's the ideal companion. Discover it with goat's cheese.
