The care taken with the grapes in the vineyard is naturally extended in the cellar: sorting table, strict selection, delicate pressing. Each batch is vinified in barrel, as is customary in Sauternes. Light color with straw highlights.
Aroma
The nose is delicate and very precise, with notes of passion fruit and orange blossom.

Taste
Young sweet whites are delicious, slightly jammy but still full of acidity. With age, they evolve towards more concentrated aromas, such as the bitterness of candied orange, hints of salted butter caramel and aromas of vanilla.
