La Tour Blanche wine is known for its high residual sugars, due to the action of the botrytis cinerea fungus, particularly favored on this terroir in the commune of Bommes. The result is a highly concentrated sugar content in the grape berry, but a light, easily digestible wine. It possesses a wide range of aromas and great finesse. "A slightly balsamic nose, with notes of resin and candied mango. Structured on the palate, with a beautiful richness of substance and great length on spices. A fine, sunny wine."

The colour is golden yellow
Aroma
The nose reveals a great exotic expression with hints of pineapple. Hints of toast, lime blossom, tangerine and resin can be detected after shaking.
