Three grape varieties with different characters for the expression of our white wines: MAUZAC is mainly characterized by its nose of green apple and pear. LEN de L'EL or LOIN de L'ŒIL is a very old grape variety, unique in the world and ideally suited to the terroir. It produces a wine with a very fine floral or citrus aroma, bringing freshness and suppleness to the wine. Sauvignon produces a fine, elegant wine with a hint of exotic fruit.
