In a few words ...

Classified as a white and red wine, Château Olivier is owned by the Bethmann family. It made major investments at the turn of the 1990s and 2000s, and relies on the expertise of its director Laurent Brun. Of the 50 hectares of vines, 38 produce red wines from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot (45% each), complemented by Cabernet Franc (10%). The 12 hectares of white are planted with Semillon (55%), Sauvignon (40%) and Muscadelle (5%). J. Suckling : 92-93/100
