After meticulous selection, the wine is vinified in barrels with 30% new wood, aged for 10 months with regular stirring of the lees during this final stage. The result is a white Grand Cru Classé characterized by fine balance, freshness, roundness and the citrus fruit that characterizes its terroir. Golden yellow, clear and brilliant, with green highlights.
Aroma
Notes of citrus and accacia, the nose is reminiscent of white-fleshed fruit. There are hints of hazelnut and toast.
