Made from Chardonnay, the emblematic grape of white Burgundies, and aged in oak barrels for 18 months, it carries high the values of quality, conviviality and pleasure that are the hallmark of this renowned estate.
the wine:this white wine shows a light gold color and expresses an aromatic palette of white flowers on notes of hazelnut, almond and lemongrass with a light touch of minerality. On tasting, it reveals itself to be fruity and dense, with a very harmonious balance and delicious aromatic persistence. A splendid entry into the world of bourgogne wines!
Ageing and food pairing:while ready to drink, you can enjoy it for another 3 to 4 years. It will be an ideal companion for fish dishes such as trout en papillote, pike with beurre blanc or salmon with sorrel.
