In a few words ...
To the south of the village of Le Puy-Notre-Dame lies the troglodyte village of Chavannes, home to the Cabernet Franc vineyards used to make this intense, complex wine. The generous tufa rock gives our grapes a rich, fruity juice. We then select the best juices, which we patiently age in oak barrels to tame their nervosity.
