Ideal with fine-fleshed dishes, especially poultry and small game. Rated 16/20 by rvf. 100% pinot noir. Vines averaging 40 years old. 3.3 hectares, east-southeast exposure. Limestone soil, Jurassic scree. Aged 18 months in oak barrels, a third of which are new. Aged 15 to 20 years.
