This Cuvée Confidentielle is a blend of our finest barrels to give you the very best wine from Château Coucy. Here, the oak barrel plays a key role in structuring the wine and making it more complex, thanks to the aromas given off by the barrel, such as vanilla, wood, spices and astringency. AOC : Montagne-Saint-Emilion Grape varieties: 85% Merlot - 15% Cabernet Franc Vinification: This wine is vinified entirely in new French oak barrels. The wine is then aged for 24 months in the same barrels to make it more complex. Before bottling, we select our best barrels so that you can taste the excellence of our cellar.

Aroma
A ripe, intense wine with hints of oak that add a good level of spice. Powerful dark fruits with a hint of sweet vanilla and coffee bean aromas.
