Clos canereccia - cuvée des pierre - rouge 2019clos canereccia is located in aléria, haute-corse. The estate was founded in the early 1970s by pierre estéve. Since 2010, his grandson christian estève has taken over the management. He began by completely restructuring his 35 hectares, replacing the merlot plots with local varieties such as sciaccarellu, carcajolu neru and vermentinu. Since 2017, the entire 9-hectare estate has been undergoing conversion to organic farming.The cuvée des pierre rouge is a blend of niellucciu (50%), syrah (25%) and grenache (25%). The grapes spend 12 hours in cold storage and are then vatted by gravity. Fermentation at 26°C lasts 20 days, with two pump-overs a day, then the temperature is raised to 30°C for 15 days. Ageing lasts 6 months in oak tuns, and 6 months in stainless steel tanks.cépages : 50% niellucciu, 25% syrah, 25% grenache
