Appearance
A lovely salmon-pink color, with fine, persistent bubbles.
Aroma
The first nose is dominated by pretty notes of red berries, white peaches and citrus. The wine then evolves towards pleasant notes of roses and peonies.

On the palate, the attack is fresh and complex. The acidity, wrapped in a silky, subtle mouthfeel, gives it magnificent balance. The finish is long, with the return of light red fruit and floral aromas.
