Color: deep ruby red Aroma: seductive bouquet of red and black fruits (blackcurrant), underlined by fine notes of spices Taste: very harmonious on the palate, with elegant structure and velvety tannins grenache, syrah and mourvèdre were harvested at optimum ripeness, by hand or machine depending on variety and plot, then immediately transported to the cellar, where they were rigorously sorted, completely destemmed, pressed and fermented in vats within a fortnight in the traditional way (with regular pumping-over of the wines). Appearance
Intense color, ranging from ruby to garnet.
Aroma

The appellation Côtes-du-Rhône is part of the region of Vallée du Rhône from France which include Cellier des Dauphins - Union des Vignerons des Côtes du Rhône and its 3 cuvées. Spread over The Rhone Valley and its rich, complex terroirs. The region is divided into two distinct subregions: Northern Rhone (known as Rhône Septentrional) and Southern Rhone (Rhône Méridional). In the former we find strong wines in beautiful colours with warm, spicy notes, produced by vineyards that stretch 4,700 ha along the Rhone. The latter, with an area of 71,000 ha, is much more important, and this is evident of course in its annual production of red, rosé and white wines quite unlike those of the Northern Rhone., this region is 3 million hectolitres per year of red wines, rosés, dry and sparkling white wines, and natural sweet wine..
