L'Essentiel Cuvée Brut is the ultimate expression of Cuvée Brut PIPER-HEIDSIECK, "the House signature" according to Régis Camus. During tastings to evaluate the expression of his brut sans année, he selects a batch at the heart of the series. He puts a few bottles aside - a limited series with numbered bottles - and puts them to the test of truth: one more year in the cellar (tirage 2009, disgorgement 2012) and a reduced dosage (7g/L), to reveal the very essence.

Appearance
A luminous, crystalline pale gold. A bubble of great finesse, tamed by time.
Aroma
A fresh, chiseled first impression. Clean, concentrated notes of white fruit - apple, pear and fragrant grapes. Next, the wine reveals notes of toasted almonds, beggars, confectionery - crystallized violets.
