In a few words ...
This wine, from the specific terroirs of "Bois de Lys", on a small hill at the top of the "Corcelette" climat, takes advantage of the warmth provided by the stony granite soil of this hill to bring out a wine with round, powerful tannins and aromas. Vinification in concrete vats at around 25°C extracts the tannins from the grapes without extracting the vegetal aromas from the stalks. The wine is aged 100% in oak barrels of 2 to 4 wines from the Côte Rotie.
