A very fine Pinot Gris for gastronomy, with great richness and concentration. The nose is refined, delicate and very expressive, dominated by aromas of very ripe yellow fruit (mirabelle plum, roasted peach), accompanied by a hint of honey. On the palate, the wine shows a perfect balance between residual sugar and acidity. Impressive body, texture and smoothness on the palate.
