A Riesling of great purity and crystalline elegance. Clos Mathis 2020 precisely expresses Ribeauvillé's granite terroir: intense nose of citrus fruit, lemon zest, white flowers and wet stone. The palate is taut, straightforward and saline, with vibrant, perfectly integrated acidity. The finish is long, almost austere in its youth, but deeply mineral. A great wine.
