Originally On 5 March 1926, 36 winegrowers from Ingersheim and the surrounding villages were facing economic turmoil: fiercely attached to their land and to a generation passed expertise to generation, they decided to resort to the principle of solidarity: they are all well together to build the foundations of the winery Ingersheim, better known today as the Cave Jean Geiler. These winemakers, driven by their passion and determination have contributed to the development and sustainability of their wine cellar. Working with fervor in the vineyards, they always keep in mind the precious legacy of their elders.
