The winemaker

Located on a beautiful palette of granite and limestone soils, the vineyard offers diverse and original expressions of the great grape varieties of Alsace. Independent Winemakers from father to son, we Rouge specialists and pioneers of Saint-Hippolyte in 1961, Domain creation date. Our terroir is the famous Clos des Aubépines on the locality "Langenberg", with 10 hectares of vines planted monopoly terraces. Our great-grandfather, Eugene Muller, was one of the first to open a direct sales vault in Alsace. Always in tune with this vocation, Domaine opens its doors to the public all year round cottages, winery tours, tastings, advice, ... The village offers a wide range of wines and vintages to satisfy all tastes and accord with the specialties of Alsace and the world. The Muller-Koeberlé family.
