The winemaker

The Pfister family cultivates the vineyard since 1780 on clay and limestone soils of Dahlenheim, a village 20 minutes from Strasbourg. Melanie Pfister 8th generation and first wife of the line will be delighted to welcome you to make you discover its wines. Balance is the key word that guides the development of each vintage range: Crémant d'Alsace terroir wines, Wines of Grand Cru Engelberg, late harvest wines. The cultivation of 10 hectares of vines as the work done in the cellar pursues one goal: obtain grapes and healthy wines and high quality. This basic approach has been obtaining in 2013 the label high environmental value (HVE)!
