The winemaker

Respect and trust: Committed to preserving the values of this craft, Christelle, Vincent and Frédéric decided to create their own collection of rare pearls, forgotten elixirs and exceptional pieces to share, to taste, but above all to pass on. Thanks to the trust of their partner producers, most of whom have not been distilling for a long time, the three friends share their love for Gascony eau-de-vie, telling a story behind each label. This is a singular house, whose clientele includes wine merchants, Michelin-starred restaurants and enlightened connoisseurs. Preserving the authentic: Vincent, the cellar master, makes a meticulous selection of each vintage. The eaux-de-vie are then bottled "brut de fût", to preserve the identity of each barrel. To preserve the personality and authenticity of each Armagnac, the company undertakes not to alter its color or alcohol content. The products are therefore neither filtered, nor reduced, nor sweetened, and no wood is added.
