In a few words ...
Made from our old Orbois vines, which give it a rich, full-bodied structure, while retaining a freshness that makes it a true gastronomic wine. Area: 1.5 hectares of 50-year-old vines. Vinification : Pneumatic pressing and 48-hour settling at low temperature. Brewing and ageing on lees, alcoholic fermentation in barrel for 12 months. Blending in barrel for 8 months.

This wine offers aromas of very ripe white-fleshed fruit and honey, underlined by an elegant woodiness. Buttery, brioche-like notes.
