Pinot Noir Vin de France 2016 From a clay-limestone terroir that gives it great freshness, Pinot Noir is destemmed and quickly vatted after harvest. After a short maceration, malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats to preserve all its finesse and suppleness. Intense, velvety red color Charming Pinot nose with notes of red fruit. Pleasantly supple on the palate. Food & wine pairing: This gourmet grape variety with its subtle red fruit aromas goes very well with charcuterie planchas and white meats.
