The winemaker

The Romy Estate is a property of 30 hectares in the area of ​​"golden stone" in southern Beaujolais. Dominique and her son Nicolas Romy are hard winegrowers and winemakers peerless and symbolize the revival of Beaujolais. They cultivate their vines naturally according to the specifications of Terra Vitis loads, in order to maintain the biological balance of the soil.
