This appellation is produced in the commune of MOULIN A VENT. MOULIN A VENT, also known as "Seigneur des Crus", is the most Burgundian of the Beaujolais crus. Our Moulin à Vent is matured in stainless steel vats for several months, then in oak barrels. This wine is the most tannic of all, and requires a certain amount of ageing before reaching its fullness.
