In a few words ...
Very nice white wine for the table and for aperitif! Made from the Moulins de Peychaud plot, on a gravelly soil and composed of 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Semillon. A precise maturity without excess is sought for this vintage. Once a week, the lees are put back in suspension in order to bring smoothness and fatness, and to preserve all the aromatic potential of the wine. We find 80% of Sauvignon Blanc and 20% of Semillon to round it out.
